The shipping and returns information provided below applies to purchases of original artwork using this site’s Checkout function. The purchase of prints or notecards via links to third-party websites are handled by those respective sites; you can find their shipping, returns, and other conditions on those sites.


This website’s checkout system allows you to pay by credit card using Stripe, a trusted online payment system. Stripe accepts payments by all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express.

Shipping is free to addresses in 9 of the Canadian provinces (not including Newfoundland & Labrador) and to the 48 contiguous United States. For all other locations, you can complete your checkout and then I will contact you after I calculate the cost of shipping, at which point you can decide if you’d like to proceed with the order.

Artwork is shipped by courier, usually dispatched within five working days. The amount of time in transit depends on the courier and the buyer’s location, but it is typically 2-7 days. Please let me know if there is a specific date by which you need to receive your order, and I will see if I can accommodate. 

Once I ship the artwork, I will send the buyer an email with a tracking number so that the buyer can anticipate the delivery date. If for any reason I’m unable to ship the artwork within five days, I will notify the buyer immediately by email. 

Please ensure that the delivery address is one where someone will be able to receive, sign for, & look after the artwork when it arrives.

I am not responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.

Artworks shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or broker fees. Please contact the customs office in the country of destination for more information about any applicable fees. Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or broker fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.


If you are in any way disappointed with your order, please contact me at esdamstra@gmail.com within 14 days after delivery.

Though I package the artwork with great care to ensure that it reaches its destination safely, accidents occasionally happen. I have a 14 day return policy for artwork that has been damaged in transit. I ask that you provide clear photographs of the damage in your email. I will issue a refund once the artwork has been returned safely.
